Outdoor church wedding in the Goetz Palace setting
A church wedding outdoors in – is organisationally one of the most difficult undertakings, but we are not talking about the weather or unforeseen logistical situations. Organising the sacramental ‘YES’ outdoors is a challenge that is virtually impossible to achieve. However, with the right determination and a lot of patience, you can make it happen – even despite 14,000 kilometres and ten time zones.
Such was the patience shown by Agatha and Gaultier, the main protagonists of this entry. As if to summarise the day in a few words, it was familial, warm, natural, fun, lots of smiles and friends from all over the world.
Love is the most beautiful journey that starts in two hearts and brings them together in one extraordinary story. Every smile, every moment spent together creates indelible memories. Today we are celebrating not only the joining of two people, but also the dreams that are taking shape. May this love blossom every day, and may their story be an inspiration to us all.
Wedding video – maybe it’s crazy
In this video we allowed ourselves some apparent chaos in the shots, but the whole thing is very well thought out – it starts with Agata looking out of the window at the guests taking their seats, full of emotion. There are shots of the interior of Goetz Palace in Brzesko, then we jump to the party to return to the ceremony in a moment. There is Love, a family atmosphere, a beautiful ceremony.
Vow in the open air
Młodzi zorganizowali ślub kościelny na schodach – przed Pałacem Goetz w Brzesku. Sam Pałac Goetzów ma piękny zielony ogród, który był tłem wspaniałej przysięgi wypowiedzianej w ojczystych językach Młodej Pary – polskim i francuskim.
As far as the organisational issue is concerned, canon law says that the venue must be suitable – dignified, not contradicting the solemnity of the church or the solemnity of the sacrament. Then only the ‘consent of the parish priest’, a letter to the bishop and with the right argumentation and patience – there is at least a theoretical chance of obtaining such a licence. It is definitely easier to conclude the sacrament of marriage in a consecrated place, e.g. a chapel in the middle of a forest, a castle chapel or a place where masses are (s)held outside.
International wedding
Agata and Gaultier lived more than 14,000 kilometres from our country. Distance, however, was never a problem and they wanted to get married right here, at the Goetz Palace in Brzesko. The ceremony was perfected in every detail – it showed the wonderful bond that unites the lovers.
